Clearwater of Poway began in 1997 and offers all services and repairs to pools and spas. It is independently owned and operated by Joseph Lerma who services all of Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, Rancho Penasquitos, 4S Ranch, TierraSanta, Carmel Valley and South Escondido.
